WeedViewer Review

Rating: 6.9/10

Verdict

Mango Sunsetz by Q-Farms is a unique tropical hybrid with a pleasant aroma, flavour and a solid, long-lasting high that transitions nicely from a focused mental lift to a relaxing body high. Making it an appealing option for someone looking for unique tropical profile, even if it lacks the refinement of top-tier flower.

Mango Sunsetz: WeedViewer Review

[{"content":"Mango Sunsetz is a specific, terpene focused variation of the award-winning Sunsetz lineage, a cross originally bred by Grateful Seeds and selected by La Chanvrière. The underlying genetic foundation of the parent strain is a blend of PeachOzz #10 and Key Lime Pie (KLP). Following the initial success of the lineage, this particular Mango phenotype was isolated to capture a heavy, tropical fruit chemotype of its parents into a distinct, ripe mango expression. The resulting selection is characterized by its complex dual-profile, contrasting a sharp exotic fruit sweetness with a heavy, pungent savory depth","heading":"About"},{"content":"The aroma on Mango Sunsetz offers a unique and pleasant profile but it is not overwhelmingly strong in volume. It presents an interesting mix of fruity tropical sweetness alongside a unique distinctly savory, pungent undertone, finishing up with a Zkittlez like candy scent floating in the background.","heading":"Aroma"},{"content":"The flavour starts off strong, translating the tropical, fruity candy notes from the aroma fairly well. However, the longevity and strength is limited. The flavour fades back into a more traditional, herbal cannabis taste on some hits. While it lacks some of the loudness and longevity, it remains a pleasant smoke overall.","heading":"Flavour"},{"content":"It has a very gradual onset, creeping up slowly. It gives you a somewhat functional, uplifting, and focused cerebral high. As the high progresses, the experience shifts smoothly into a heavier body sensation. The effects are quiet strong and last a while, making it a reliable choice for a sustained, progressive high.","heading":"Effects"},{"content":"The burn performance is decent but inconsistent, providing an average overall smoking experience. The ash shows a distinct mix of both lighter grey and darker spots. This inconsistency carries over into the smoke quality itself, where some hits are perfectly smooth while others can feel quite harsh on the lungs.","heading":"Burn Quality"}]
